On 16 April 2011, the Mexican Navy confirmed the arrest of Omar Martín Estrada Luna, alias "El Kilo," alleged leader of Los Zetas in the San Fernando plaza of Tamaulipas. Estrada Luna is allegedly responsible for the 177 bodies found in clandestine graves around San Fernando, and the deaths of 72 migrants in August 2010.
